What we fabricate
- Process vessels and tanks with internals, such as internal grids and flanged openings
- Overhead tanks with their support structures
- Drainage tanks for steel-plant service
- Stiffened rectangular bath tanks for industrial process lines
How we build them
Cylindrical shells are rolled on our plate bending machine and handled on rollers in the bay for seam welding; rectangular tanks are built up from stiffened plate panels. Internals and nozzles are fitted before blasting and painting, so the tank leaves the works complete.
Where they have gone
We have built a bath tank for Tata Aerospace Systems (through SECO), an overhead tank for L&T ECC at Kansbahal, and a drainage tank for Coke Oven Battery 3 at SAIL Rourkela Steel Plant.
