What we fabricate

- Composite girders

- Road-over-bridge (ROB) girders
- H-beams and built-up sections from our automated beam line
RDSO approval
Uni Profiles is on the RDSO approved list for open web, composite and other steel plate girders under Parts A and B, at a registered capacity of 3,600 MT a year. All approvals →
How we build them
Flanges and webs are CNC-cut and assembled on the beam line, welded by submerged arc, and straightened before stiffeners and splice plates are fitted. Open web girders are control-assembled in our yard to check camber, alignment and hole match before dispatch.
Where they have gone
Our plate girders have been erected on bridge bearings at site, and we have control-assembled road-over-bridge girders for Rawatsons Engineers, Kolkata. See railway and bridge projects.
