What we fabricate

How we build them

Heater casings are built to the client's drawings and trial-assembled in the shop before dispatch, so fit-up problems are found in Rajgangpur rather than on a refinery site. Sections are then blasted, painted and shipped for erection. Stage inspection runs from material inward to dispatch, and the work is open to the client's third-party inspector at every stage.

Where they have gone

Thermax, through its boiler and heater division, has recorded our execution of ducting and heater casings across several projects, with thanks for holding schedule and quality. Our refinery work, including heaters now erected at site, is shown under refinery projects.
